Sub: Information to Shareholders of the Company about the receipt of the Order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation among NCL Holdings (A&S) Limited (Transferee Company), NCL Green Habitats Private Limited (Transferor Company – 1) from Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.
In continuation to our earlier communication shared with you regarding extension of Annual General Meeting of the Company (NCL Holdings (A&S) Limited) for the F.Y. 2022-23 till 28th December, 2023, we are happy to inform you all that the Hon’ble NCLT Bench, Hyderabad has given its Order dated 11th October, 2023 approving Scheme of Amalgamation among NCL Holdings (A&S) Limited (Transferee Company), NCL Green Habitats Private Limited (Transferor Company – 1) which has been received by the Company on 30th October, 2023.
